5500 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms carefully before using the 5500 platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing or using the 5500 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
Use of this platform is restricted to individuals who are aged 18 years of age or older only. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 5500 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts that are unable to verify their age eligibility.
This platform is intended for users in Malaysia. Users who access the platform from other jurisdictions are solely responsible for ensuring that their use complies with their local laws. 5500 makes no representation that the content on this platform is appropriate or permitted outside of Malaysia.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is only permitted to hold one account only on the 5500 platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these terms.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 5500 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone call. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you have reported unauthorised access to us in writing.
User Responsibilities
- Not use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security or functionality of the platform.
- Not use automated software, bots, or any other method to gain an unfair advantage.
- Comply with all game rules set for each game or betting market.
3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the 5500 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are required to ensure that the name on the payment method used — whether FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, or any other supported method — must match with the name registered on the 5500 account. Name mismatches may result in delays or rejection of transactions.
Deposits that have been successfully processed cannot be reversed once funds have been credited to the platform account. Any transaction disputes must be reported to our support team via email at [email protected] within a reasonable time after the transaction occurs.
Withdrawals will be processed to registered and verified payment accounts only. 5500 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal as part of standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method.
5500 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect payment account details provided by the user during the withdrawal process.
4. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 5500 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 5500 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss.
5500 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption at all times. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may cause the platform to be temporarily unavailable.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 5500 platform are the exclusive property of 5500 or our licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use any such materials without prior written authorisation.
Third-Party Links
The 5500 platform may contain references to third-party services or content. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Access to any third-party site is entirely at the user's own risk.
5. Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
5500 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account, with or without prior notice, if:
- The user is found to have violated any of the terms in this document.
- There is suspected fraud, platform abuse, or illegal activity.
- The user provided false information during registration or the verification process.
- Account has been inactive for an extended period with no transaction activity.
If an account is closed at the user's own valid request, any remaining balance in the account will be processed for return to the user, subject to completion of identity verification procedures.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
5500 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically.
